- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time:

- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days

- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

- Free Shipping on orders above ₹499.

- A shipping fee may apply to orders below ₹499 and will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link or tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. Kashnoor is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you do not receive it within the expected delivery time, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
