At Kashnoor, every piece of jewelry is carefully inspected before dispatch. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and share:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- An unboxing video (if available)
Refunds
Once your request is verified, you may choose:
- A full refund to your original payment method, or
- A replacement product (subject to availability).
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placed by the customer
- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Sale or discounted items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
